Your package is booked and assigned a unique tracking number. All shipment details are entered into our system and a confirmation is sent to your email.
Our operations team verifies the cargo, prepares documentation, and dispatches the shipment through the optimal route in our global network.
Your cargo is actively moving. Location updates appear each time the shipment reaches a checkpoint — hub, port, customs, or transit facility.
The shipment has been successfully delivered. A delivery confirmation with timestamp and recipient acknowledgment is recorded in the system.
Your tracking number is sent to your email address when your shipment is registered in our system. It begins with STL- followed by the registration date and a unique identifier (e.g. STL-20260501-0042). Check your inbox, including your spam folder.
Tracking updates occur at physical checkpoints — not continuously. During long transit legs (such as ocean crossings), updates may be less frequent. If your shipment has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for a manual status check.
A Payment Hold status means your shipment has been temporarily paused due to an outstanding payment obligation. This may include unpaid shipping fees, customs duties, or a balance confirmation requirement. Please contact us at info@superiorttranlog.com to resolve the hold and release your shipment.
Address changes may be possible before the shipment reaches the destination country, subject to a re-routing fee. Once the package has cleared customs in the destination country, address changes are generally not possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your tracking number to request a change.
First check with other household members or neighbours, and confirm the delivery address on file is correct. If the package is still not found, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date at info@superiorttranlog.com with your tracking number. We will investigate and initiate a trace on the shipment.
