By accessing or using any service provided by SuperiorTTranLog — including but not limited to shipment booking, package tracking, customs brokerage, cargo insurance, and freight consultation — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of any SuperiorTTranLog service after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
SuperiorTTranLog offers the following core services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment through the SuperiorTTranLog network under any circumstances:
Violation of this clause may result in immediate seizure of the shipment, reporting to appropriate authorities, and full recovery of any costs incurred by SuperiorTTranLog as a result.
SuperiorTTranLog's maximum liability for loss of or damage to any shipment is strictly limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual declared value of the goods; or (b) the applicable maximum compensation limit specified in the booking confirmation for the service used.
We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special losses — including but not limited to loss of business, loss of income, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising from any delay, damage, or loss related to our services.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by: customs or government authority actions; weather events; natural disasters; strikes or labour disputes; port congestion; civil unrest; or any other force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
The recipient of any international shipment is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, excise duties, and any other fees or charges imposed by customs or government authorities in the destination country.
Packages may be detained, inspected, or delayed by customs authorities at either the origin or destination country. SuperiorTTranLog bears no responsibility for such delays or for any associated costs unless they result directly from our documented error in preparing required documentation.
Incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the shipper that results in customs delays, fines, or seizure is the sole responsibility of the shipper.
All shipping fees, handling charges, and other applicable service costs must be confirmed and paid prior to dispatch of any shipment, unless a prior credit arrangement has been authorised in writing by SuperiorTTranLog.
Shipments placed on hold due to outstanding payment obligations will be held at our facility. Storage fees may accrue at the applicable rate after 7 calendar days. SuperiorTTranLog reserves the right to return or dispose of unclaimed shipments after 30 calendar days of non-payment, following written notice to the shipper.
In the event of a payment dispute, the disputed amount must still be paid in full pending resolution. Refunds for disputed amounts, if applicable, will be processed after investigation.
Tracking information is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy and real-time updates, delays in data transmission, network connectivity issues, or checkpoint processing may occasionally affect the timeliness of tracking updates displayed on our portal.
Tracking data is retained for a minimum of 12 months following the delivery date and is accessible to the registered sender and receiver of each shipment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperiorTTranLog is registered for operations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator prior to the initiation of any legal proceedings.
