SwiftTrack provides package tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and any items that violate local or international laws.

4. Liability

SwiftTrack's liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not exceeding our standard compensation limits. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Customs & Import Duties

The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Packages may be held by customs authorities, and SwiftTrack is not responsible for such delays.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, real-time delays may affect tracking updates.

7. Payment

All shipping fees must be paid before dispatch. Packages on hold due to outstanding payment will be released upon confirmed payment.

Delivery Timeframes

Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs

Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance delays. SwiftTrack is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Package On Hold

Packages may be placed on hold due to: outstanding payment, failed delivery attempts, address verification, customs requirements, or security checks.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest facility for 14 days before being returned to the sender.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered in cases of: proven loss of package, significant delivery delays exceeding our stated timeframes, or damage caused by SwiftTrack during transit.

Claim Process

To initiate a claim, contact info@superiorttranlog.com with your tracking number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos for damage claims).

Processing Time

Refund claims are processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of all required documentation.

Non-Refundable

Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages that have been dispatched, except in cases of SwiftTrack error.
